Hardware Needs
Storage (Working hard drives, either S-ATA or P-ATA, > 100GB).
Computers (>1GHz, >1GB, 1U or 2U Server, or Small Form Factor (SFF) PC).
CoLo Facilities (Rackspace and bandwidth, if only in the Detroit or Twin Cities metro area).
Bandwidth (Sustained >1.5 Mbps Speed).
Digitizing (Working > 600dpi flat bed scanner).
Labor
Volunteers (with access to ArcGIS) for "Heads-up" digitizing of analog resources.
Volunteers to help locate and acquire analog resources.
